Progress report 10APR

Hello everyone!

I am pleased to announce that the first pre-alpha test build was released. The feedback I've received so far was very useful, and I expect to receive even more today and in the coming days. The test build was only released on the 8th at night (this is the 10th in the morning here) after all.

Right now, the plan is to release a new test build with all the bugs fixed, renders edited and oversights unoversighted, and once I'm done with that, I'll take care of rendering the FRP scene. I'll try to be done with all that by the 15th. And right after that, I'll finish writing (right now 2,5 out of the 4 side-scenes have been written) and implementing the side-scenes. And once I'm done with that, I guess I can finally announce a release date.

If you're curious about the feedback, right now, it's been quite positive. But it's also been somewhat limited, as only 2 testers out of 5 have currently finished the update. So I'm keeping my eyes peeled.

I think that's the progress out of the way. I think that exceptionally, I won't share spoilers today. I've been programming for almost the entire 10 days, and I don't feel comfortable sharing spoiler renders from the update now that it's been ""released"", in a way. I expect to have at least resumed writing the upcoming side-events by the next progress report, so at the very least you'll get spoiler dialogue on the 20th. Sorry for the inconvenience.

That's about it for today's progress report. I guess it's a little more dull than usual, but maybe it isn't such a bad thing if it's because we're in the last stretch. :)

See you guys in 10 days!
